Job summary

Connect Plus M25 Limited is recruiting an Incident Support Unit (ISU) Operative Level 0 to support the M25 DBFO network. The role focuses on incident response, hazard clearance, maintenance, and operational support from Denham.

You will work a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern across day and night rosters, with travel to meetings and sites as required. Responsibilities include initial incident response, coordination of specialist advice, and execution of maintenance and traffic management tasks in line

Qualifications

• UK Driving Licence, Category C (LGV Class 2) is required.
• CSCS Operative Card is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide the initial response and arrange specialist support at the scene of road incidents, hazards and collisions.
• Work safely in accordance with CPS policies, method statements and risk assessments to clear incidents and hazards.
• Attend incidents and coordinate specialist advice and support as needed.
• Undertake maintenance activities including cyclical maintenance, carriageway repairs, soft estate maintenance, street cleansing, sign maintenance and more.
• Implement Traffic Management per CPS policies and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate written and verbal records and reports.
• Carry out routine vehicle checks and maintain driving records.
