Connect Plus Services (CPS) in Dartford seeks a Network Operations Supervisor to lead Incident Support Unit and Emergency Response teams on the M25 network. You will oversee daily operations, drive safety, and ensure high standards of service delivery across your area.

The role requires proven leadership, a strong safety ethic, and clear stakeholder communication. A UK driving licence is essential, with a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern including day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of field teams in safety‑critical settings.
• Strong safety culture and compliance focus.
• Clear communication with diverse stakeholders.
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification required.
• Valid UK driving licence essential.
• Experience in highways maintenance or similar operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISU, ERT and Recovery teams across the allocated area.
• Coordinate resources to deliver safe, efficient operations.
• Perform safety tours, litter surveys and RAMS support.
• Maintain records in maintenance management systems.
• Deliver daily briefings on activities, hazards and controls.
• Conduct end-of-shift debriefs and capture improvement actions.
• Promote digital reporting and real‑time data use.
