Balfour Beatty plc is seeking an Incident Support Unit (ISU) Operative Level 0 for the M25, based with Connect Plus Services. The role involves incident response, hazard clearance, and network maintenance across a busy motorway network.

You will work shifts (4-on/4-off) including days and nights, travel between depots, and participate in winter service rosters. Essential duties include initial scene response, bronze incident command, and implementing cps-compliant traffic management, with

• UK Driving Licence (LGV Class 2) required.
• CSCS Operative Card required.
• Pass security checks including driving license, drug/alcohol, and health screening.

Responsabilidades

• Provide initial response to road incidents and coordinate specialist advice.
• Attend incidents and manage bronze incident command on scene.
• Carry out maintenance tasks (carriageway, grass maintenance, street cleansing, signage).
• Implement Traffic Management per CPS policies and risk assessments.
• Input data with mobile devices and maintain records and reports.

LGV Class 2 (C) Driving Licence

FISS Card

Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Highways Maintenance
