Job summary

Connect Plus Services is recruiting for an Incident Support Unit (ISU) Operative Level 0 to support the M25 network. You will participate in incident response, hazard clearance, maintenance and traffic management, operating on a 4-on 4-off shift pattern with day and night rotations.

Regular travel across the M25 and to depots, plus out-of-hours call-out rotas, are required. Essential qualifications include UK Driving Licence (Category C LGV) and CSCS Operative Card.

Qualifications

• UK Driving Licence, minimum Category C (LGV Class 2).
• CSCS Operative Card.

Responsibilities

• Attend incidents, hazards and road traffic collisions, providing the initial response and coordinating specialist support where required.
• Act in a Bronze Incident Command capacity, supporting safe and efficient management of incidents on the network.
• Work safely in accordance with CPS policies, method statements and risk assessments to facilitate prompt clearance of incidents and hazards.
• Undertake maintenance activities including cyclical maintenance, carriageway repairs, grass cutting and vegetation management, street cleansing and litter picking, sign maintenance and general cleansing.
