Job summary

Connect Plus Services (CPS) is hiring a Network Operations Supervisor to lead the M25 network operations, ensuring safety, reliability and efficiency across your area. You will supervise Incident Support Unit, Emergency Response Team and Recovery Operatives, delivering planned and reactive work, coordinating resources and maintaining accurate RAMS and procedures.

This role requires SMSTS/SSSTS, a UK driving licence and proven leadership in highways operations, with a commitment to safety,

Qualifications

SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
Experience in highways maintenance operations or similar transferable operational environment.
Proven experience leading teams and driving performance and productivity.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

Lead and support ISU, ERT and Recovery teams across your allocated area.
Coordinate resources to ensure operational activities are delivered safely and efficiently.
Carry out litter surveys, gate stops and safety tours across the network.
Maintain accurate records by updating the Maintenance Management System with works activity information.
Support the development and implementation of RAMS and operational procedures.
Deliver clear daily briefings covering work activities, hazards, risks and control measures.
Conduct end-of-shift debriefs, capturing lessons learned and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Promote the effective use of digital devices and systems to support accurate reporting and record-keeping.
