A leading employment support organization in the UK is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to help individuals with mental health conditions find and sustain real employment. This role involves delivering a model of support that focuses on rapid job searching and building relationships with local employers. Candidates with backgrounds in mental health or community services who are proactive and relationship-driven are encouraged to apply. Full training will be provided, and the role aims to change lives through meaningful work.
