Qualifications

• Essential: Strong hands-on knowledge of PCBs and PCBAs.
• Essential: Hands-On experience of soldering PTH and SMT components.
• Essential: Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Train and provide support to delegates and clients.
• Set up and administer training classes.
• Train and educate in IPC, ESD, Soldering, and Wiring Skills.
• Promote a safe working environment.
• Maintain all training records.
• Manage and collaborate course feedback.
• Maintain high quality of training and service.
• Assist with customer workshop jobs including rework and X-Ray.

Skills

Strong hands-on knowledge of PCBs and PCBAs

Hands-On experience of soldering PTH and SMT components

Knowledge of IPC

Knowledge of electronics assembly and manufacturing processes

Experience with cable and wire harness assemblies

Excellent written and spoken English

Experience of delivering high quality training

Confident in speaking in front of groups of people

Good IT Skills

Full driving licence and own vehicle
