A leading recruitment firm is seeking an IP Litigation Associate to join a top-tier US law firm's London office. The successful candidate will manage complex litigation related to patents, copyrights, and trade secrets, primarily for clients in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors. The role requires 2 to 4 years PQE and strong experience in IP disputes, with a preference for candidates with a technology or life sciences background. IP Litigation Associate
This highly acclaimed IP Litigation practice at one of the leading US law firms has opened a new opportunity for a mid-level Associate. The team has global recognition and is led by award winning, directory recognised IP partners. The cross-border work will include complex litigation around patents, copyright, and trade secrets.
The team wishes to hire an IP Litigation associate with strong experience during training and post qualification of varied IP litigation preferably with a Technology and/or Life sciences focus. The team’s work includes big ticket cases for medical and pharmaceutical clients pertaining to medical devices, IP enforcement processes and patent infringement. They also act for major names in Tech, Telco and Energy.
Candidates should have 2 to 4 years’ PQE and in complex and varied IP disputes and a good knowledge of patents, trademarks and data (misuse) issues.
The firm’s London office continues its rapid growth trajectory in London and offers fantastic work in a supportive and dynamic work environment. Whilst elite, the firm is known for its rather more relaxed vibe than some its highly corporate competitors.
