Job summary

Hozah Ltd in London, UK is seeking a Junior Technical Support Engineer to support our IoT device estate across multiple sites. You’ll assist with device configuration, troubleshooting, logistics, and documentation, working closely with the Tech Ops team to maintain uptime.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or junior IT professional eager to learn, grow and contribute to a fast-paced tech environment, with hybrid working and opportunities to develop hands-on skills in networking, device

Qualifications

Must have a basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, troubleshooting).
Familiarity with routers and switches is required.
Logical troubleshooting mindset with attention to detail.
Experience with Windows OS, logs, commands and IT setups.
Experience handling IoT stock: ordering, picking, packing devices.
Strong organisation and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

IoT & Device Management: Configure, test, and deploy IoT devices; monitor health and connectivity; troubleshoot issues; maintain device management platforms.
Operational Support: Collaborate with Tech Ops to ensure smooth daily operations; report inefficiencies; support multi-site rollouts.
Logistics & Preparation: Pick, pack, prepare devices for deployment; manage inventory; coordinate deliveries and tracking.
Administration & Documentation: Maintain device records, configurations, shipments; assist with setup guides and ticket/asset tracking.
