Job summary

Hozah Ltd. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to own the IoT device estate and IT infrastructure across multiple automated parking sites.

This hands-on role requires strong technical expertise, operational oversight, and the ability to lead device lifecycle management from deployment through to optimisation. You will work with Tech Ops, DevOps, suppliers, and client stakeholders to ensure maximum uptime, system resilience, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in IT support, infrastructure, field engineering, or technical operations.
Proven experience managing IoT devices and distributed technology estates.
Experience supporting automated parking, ANPR, IoT, and networking.
Experience working in multi-site operational environments.
Ability to mentor a junior team member and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

IoT & Device Infrastructure Management across multiple sites, including deployment and lifecycle management.
Oversee device health, connectivity, and performance monitoring.
Escalation point for hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintain and optimise device/hardware management and monitoring platforms.
Support automated parking systems including ANPR, parking software, and kiosks.
Coordinate with third-party providers and support site onboarding.
Ensure SLAs, uptime targets, and KPIs are met; mentor junior staff.
