Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc in London is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to maintain, secure and improve the organisation’s infrastructure across head office, retail stores and warehouse environments. You’ll manage networks, servers, cloud services, endpoints, backups and data systems.

You’ll join a collaborative IT team, troubleshooting issues, monitoring performance, addressing security vulnerabilities and contributing to projects.

Qualifications

• At least six years’ experience across infrastructure, networking, security and technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Meraki and Fortinet networking technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows desktop and server environments, VMware and Hyper‑V.
• Experience with endpoint protection, patching, secure configuration, Microsoft SQL, FTP and data security.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, secure and improve the organisation’s infrastructure across head office, retail stores and warehouse environments.
• Manage and support networks, servers, cloud services, endpoints, backups and data systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, monitor performance and address security vulnerabilities.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects and deployments; maintain technical documentation.
• Work with third‑party providers and share knowledge with junior team members.
