Hozah is seeking a junior TechOps engineer to monitor, maintain and fix the technology running in car parks nationwide. You will respond to offline cameras, misbehaving kiosks and data reporting issues, usually remotely, learning a broad set of skills across networking, IoT devices, monitoring, APIs, databases and cloud systems.

You will be supported with clear standards and documented processes, gaining hands-on experience day one while contributing to a growing estate.

Qualifications

• Networking basics: explain what a switch/router does, IP address, VPN concepts.
• Solid Windows knowledge: logs, CLI, config.
• Structured approach to troubleshooting offline issues.
• Awareness of APIs and SQL; not required to be fluent.

Responsabilités

• Monitor health of cameras, kiosks and network gear across 150+ car parks.
• Diagnose and fix faults across devices, networks and backend platform.
• Prepare, configure and ship hardware for new sites and support launches.
• Keep inventory, configuration records and documentation accurate.
• Manage tickets in Jira with clear notes and prioritisation.
• Learn continually from TechOps team, developers and the estate.
