Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer invoice queries from start to finish.
• Investigate and resolve queries with internal and external stakeholders.
• Capture requirements from calls and emails accurately.
• Maintain service levels and produce query reports.
• Raising and managing NCRs when errors are identified.
