You will play a pivotal role within the Dealing & Implementation team, leading a team dedicated to supporting portfolio managers in the seamless execution of trading strategies and the implementation of model portfolio service rebalancing activities. In addition, you will drive the development of a portfolio management support model and work closely with key stakeholders and support teams across the investment division to ensure the efficient operation and continuous improvement of related processes.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the setup of new products and onboarding of new platforms, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.
Develop procedures and tools to drive efficiency and improve operational processes.
Maintain and manage platform relationships, including issue tracking and participation in due diligence meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development.
Conduct regular performance reviews and manage team workload to ensure timely delivery of tasks and projects.
The successful candidate:
Previous experience within an asset or wealth management operations in a similar role.
Proficiency in portfolio management software and platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy, especially under time pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Experience in people management, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
