What you'll be doing

What We Need

Corpay is hiring a Technical Support Manager for our Cross Borders business in London. This newly created role involves managing a small, globally distributed team supporting applications on Windows servers and SaaS solutions, reporting to the Technical Operations Director, and collaborating with IT teams.

How We Work

The role is hybrid, based in London, with provided workspace, equipment, and training.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing application support staff and incident activities;
  • Supporting and managing applications on Windows servers and SaaS platforms;
  • Training and coaching team members;
  • Collaborating with infrastructure teams;
  • Providing technical support for Windows environments, financial applications, and monitoring tools;
  • Handling vulnerability management, process documentation, and service improvements;
  • Communicating during incidents and project updates;

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience leading support teams;
  • Proficiency with Windows applications, ITIL, and monitoring tools;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Experience with financial applications is a plus.
