Dealer Support Manager (Customer Support/Service)

Circa GBP 40,000 Base + 10% Annual Bonus + Company Car + Fuel Card + Laptop + Phone + 26 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + 6% Employer and 4% Employee Pension + Broadband Contribution

Location: Midlands and North Territory

Working hours: 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday, and until 4pm on Friday

We are offering a Dealer Support Manager role in a world-leading materials handling company. This position is ideal for those seeking to join a successful and collaborative management team where you can positively influence dealer relationships and team dynamics.

Candidates should have experience in a similar role, managing accounts or customer relationships. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is crucial. A technical background is advantageous but not essential, as full training on products and services will be provided.

The role is home-based with travel across the Midlands and North, supporting dealers selling forklift trucks on behalf of the manufacturer. Your responsibilities include ensuring clear communication, adopting best practices, and implementing process improvements.
