A global financial services group is seeking a Senior Analyst or Junior Associate for the GP Solutions team in Greater London. The successful candidate will manage transaction execution, support origination activities, and work within a flat team structure. This role requires a keen interest in private equity, strong communication, and quantitative skills. A degree with a 2:1 or above and an FCA qualification are essential. As a Senior Analyst or Junior Associate within the GP Solutions team the successful candidate can expect to be involved in all aspects of the practice from transaction origination and pitching to execution and closing. The role will be fast paced and varied working with different sector teams across the firm as well as our debt and equity advisory teams. We operate in a flat team structure and the successful candidate will be encouraged and expected to actively interact with junior and senior bankers across the firm.
Amongst other duties the successful candidate can expect to be deeply involved in advising clients on the planning structuring and execution of GP Solutions transactions and the formulation of critical advice. We aim to ensure our analysts and associates work on a broad range of transaction types and experience a range of sectors and geographies.
