Job summary

GXO Logistics in Northampton is seeking a Systems & Data Specialist to support high-volume inventory operations. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with shift options and flexibility to support 24/7 operations.

You will be the first contact for digital partners on inventory issues and will act as a DLX, WMS/WCS user, ensuring data accuracy and system performance to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse inventory systems focused role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for digital partners and managers on inventory issues.
• Act as a DLX, WMS/WCS user for inventory functions and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Escalate issues within the Inventory Department to the Stock & System Manager.
• Analyze warehouse management system data and reports.
