Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a proactive inventory systems specialist for our UK warehouse operations. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00 shifts and some flexibility to support a 24/7 operation.

You will be the first point of contact for digital partners and internal managers on inventory processes, expert in DLX and WMS/WCS usage, and responsible for data accuracy, system performance and stock integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse inventory systems-focused roles, preferably in fast-moving retail.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and WMS usage.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for digital partners and managers on inventory issues.
• Be a strong DLX, WMS/WCS user and transfer knowledge to colleagues.
• Escalate issues within Inventory to Stock & System Manager.
• Analyse warehouse management system data and reports.
• Support operational teams to maintain stock integrity and process optimisation.
