Job summary

GXO Logistics in Northampton is seeking a Systems & Data Specialist to join our high-volume retail operation. You will be the first point of contact for digital partners and managers regarding inventory process issues, and you will act as a DLX and WMS/WCS user for all inventory functions.

This role requires an analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders. Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse inventory systems-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS/WCS).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for digital partners and managers regarding inventory process issues.
• Be a strong DLX, WMS/WCS user for all inventory functions and transfer knowledge to colleagues.
• Escalate issues within the Inventory Department to the Stock & System Manager.
• Analyse warehouse management system data and reports.
