Job summary

GXO Logistics is recruiting for a Stock & Systems Clerk to support our Screwfix contract in Lichfield. This full-time, permanent role operates on a rotating 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00 shift pattern with potential nights and weekends.

The salary is up to £28,255.50, with 31 days of annual leave and a broad benefits package including pension and retail discounts. You will perform PI checks, update the WMS, generate reports, and handle Goods In queries to ensure accurate stock and customer

Qualifications

• MS Office skills with Excel, pivot tables and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock records.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PI checks to ensure accuracy in pickfaces and storage locations.
• Record stock in accordance with customer queries and update the WMS.
• Prepare and administer management reports to meet site KPIs.
• Handle Goods In queries and replenishment issues to meet customer expectations.
• Perform ad hoc departmental tasks including QA support.
