Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is recruiting a Stock & Systems Clerk to join the Screwfix contract in Lichfield. The role is full-time and permanent, with rotating shifts 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility expected in logistics operations.

The candidate will perform stock checks, update the Warehouse Management System, and generate reports to meet site KPIs. A strong eye for detail, Excel skills, and the ability to handle heavy lifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel, pivot tables and data analysis.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
• Strong eye for detail in stock accuracy and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform PI checks and stock discrepancy investigations.
• Record stock in/out and update Warehouse Management System.
• Prepare and analyze management reports and KPIs.
• Handle Goods In queries and replenishment issues.
• Support QA and returns processing as needed.
