Overview

Planner/Buyer - Manufacturing (Confidential Search)

A leading manufacturer with a developed team is seeking an experienced materials planner and procurement professional to join their team. You'll be responsible for end-to-end procurement and inventory management, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and optimal stock levels.

Key duties include purchase order management, supplier performance, cost control, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Working in a fast-paced environment with management of a large supplier and stock portfolio, you will be working with strategic manufacturing methods and senior stakeholders to achieve on-time deliveries and accurate forecasts.

Key Skills

• 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing buying/planning role
• Working towards or already CIPS qualified
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills

Location, Remuneration and Timeframe
