Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Rushden is seeking an Inventory Clerk to manage goods receipts and stock accuracy using the WMS. You will handle internal returns, perform cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies within a compliant framework.

The role requires accuracy, numeracy, and the ability to follow procedures in a UK supply chain environment. Shifts rotate, and the contract is for three months with potential secondment.

Qualifications

• Have Inventory Experience.
• Have an Understanding of Supply Chain in the UK.
• Have experience of working in a matrix organisation with complex processes and procedures.
• Have the ability to follow work instructions / procedures and safety rules.
• Have good analytical and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely receipt of goods inwards onto WMS system.
• Accurate and timely receipt of returns onto WMS system.
• Maintain accurate stock figures by cycle counts of product.
• Ensure accurate stock figures are reflected in WMS.
• Analyse and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Ensure the warehouse remains compliant with relevant audit criteria.

Salary: £ 30,299.00

Grade: RCS O grade
Contract Type: 3 Months FTC / Secondment

Shift patterns: Any 5 days from 7 on a rotating basis, working consecutive days and alternating between 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 shifts. Flexibility to work both shift patterns is essential.
