DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager in Gaydon to lead our warehouse operations and drive efficiency on the shop floor. You’ll be responsible for stock integrity, reporting, and coordinating with teams to meet customer expectations while maintaining compliance with SOPs and local requirements.

• Previous Inventory Line Manager experience
• Experience with Managing inventory
• Ideally competent with WMS and transactional data.
• IT Literate, with Microsoft Office Packages, Excel
• Strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
• Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
• You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 06:30am to 15:30pm

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Responsibility for maintaining and managing stock integrity and minimizing DHL's contractual stock loss liabilities
• Preparation of all relevant documents and reports - ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and local requirements
• Communicate work practices, procedures and methods to team members, as required
• Appreciates what customers want and continuously strives to meet customer expectations
• Manage stakeholder expectations via effective communication at all times
• Communicate well with all colleagues, team members and internal customers on a daily basis

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
