Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Coventry is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain stock integrity, perform cycle counts and support daily warehouse operations.

You will use WMS and Excel to record and analyse inventory data, investigate discrepancies and work closely with the inventory team to improve accuracy across locations. Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse inventory or stock control is advantageous.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Performing regular cycle counts and stock checks in line with operational schedules.
• Investigating stock discrepancies and escalating issues where required.
• Working closely with the wider inventory team to maintain stock accuracy across the operation.
• Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications to record and analyse inventory data.
• Supporting continuous improvement by identifying and reporting inventory-related issues in a timely manner.
  Do you thrive on routine and enjoy working in a structured environment? Can you maintain excellent attention to detail while ensuring stock accuracy across thousands of locations?, Have previous experience in an inventory, stock control, warehouse administration, or similar environment.
• Possess excellent attention to detail and take pride in maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Enjoy routine-based work and are comfortable following established processes.
• Confident using computer systems, including WMS platforms, Excel and Outlook.
• Work well as part of a team and can communicate effectively when resolving stock-related issues.
