Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Coventry is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain stock integrity, perform cycle counts and support a busy warehouse operation.

A successful candidate will have experience in inventory, stock control or warehouse administration, plus strong attention to detail. You will use WMS, Excel and Outlook, and work within a team to ensure accurate inventory across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, stock control or warehouse administration.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable following established processes and using computer systems (WMS, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cycle counts and stock checks per schedule.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain stock accuracy across the operation.
• Record and analyse inventory data using WMS and MS Office.
• Identify and report inventory issues to support continuous improvement.
