Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk at our Skelmersdale site. You will ensure stock accuracy across the warehouse, investigate variances, and support efficient processes to deliver excellent customer service.

The role operates on a 4 on/4 off day shift, 06:00–17:30, within a busy logistics environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working with minimal supervision while using initiative.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory/stock within a warehouse environment.
• Strong IT skills including Excel and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across departments.
• Keen eye for detail and able to work unsupervised with initiative.

Pay Rate: £28,000.00 Grade: RCS P Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: 4 on, 4 off Day Shift 06:00 - 17:30 Location: Skelmersdale - WN8 8DY Join our Skelmersdale team as an Inventory Control Clerk and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of stock across our busy warehouse operation. THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Previous experience working in an inventory/stock capacity within a warehouse environment
• Strong IT skills – experience of Microsoft Office including Excel and Warehouse Management Systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across different departments
• A keen eye for detail with the ability to work unsupervised whilst using own initiative
