Job summary

Doist in Belfast is seeking an organised and proactive Consulting Co-Ordinator to join our team. You will own end-to-end coordination of the client interview process, scheduling, rescheduling and keeping candidates, consultants, clients and interviewers on track.

This highly visible role requires proactive follow-up, timely feedback, forward planning for the next 1–4 weeks, and the ability to identify bottlenecks and design improvements to our workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination of the client interview process, keeping candidates, consultants, clients and interviewers on track.
• Prepare, share and follow up on feedback promptly with candidates, consultants and clients to avoid stalling next steps.
• Proactively chase and follow up by phone and email to keep interview stages moving.
• Track candidates and interviews, flag risks early and maintain a forward view of the next 1–4 weeks.
• Serve as the main contact for interview logistics ensuring a professional experience.
• Identify frictions and inefficiencies and propose practical fixes.
• Design and improve systems, trackers and workflows used to run the process.
• Report to leadership on pipeline status, bottlenecks and progress against timelines.
• Collaborate with leadership, business development and client-facing teams to align the process with business priorities.
