You'll play a central role in coordinating the successful delivery of client learning and development programmes. Working across clients, facilitators, internal delivery teams and commercial colleagues, you'll manage multiple programmes from initial planning through to completion.
You'll be coordinating schedules, managing programme logistics, preparing documentation, communicating with participants and stakeholders and solving challenges before they become problems.
We're looking for someone with3+ years' experience in a professional, fast-paced environment, ideally with strong administration, coordination or project support experience.
This is more than an administration position. You'll be at the heart of delivering programmes that help organisations and individuals develop, while working alongside experienced facilitators, coaches and client teams.
