Data Intellect in Belfast seeks an organised ConsultingCo-Ordinator to own the coordination, chasing and forward planning that helps our people realise their potential. You’ll manage interview logistics, feedback, and timelines with candidates, consultants and clients, delivering a consistently professional experience.

You will design and improve tracking systems, report to leadership on pipeline status, and work with cross-functional teams to align with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a coordination, resourcing or client-facing scheduling role.
• Ability to chase and follow up by phone and email to keep interview stages moving.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination and preparation of the client interview process.
• Prepare and share timely feedback with candidates, consultants and clients.
• Proactively chase responses to keep interview stages moving.
• Track candidates and interview activity and flag risks ahead.
• Be the point of contact for interview logistics with a professional experience.
• Identify process friction and propose practical fixes.
