Job summary

• Experience in identifying student needs and coordinating supports

Responsibilities

• Identify student needs and coordinate appropriate interventions
• Attend and minute Inclusion panel meetings and monitor progress
• Deliver targeted, personalised early intervention to improve wellbeing and resilience
• Collaborate with Pastoral, SEND, Safeguarding, Attendance and Curriculum teams
