Based in the Farnborough office, you will coach the team and expand knowledge of Capital One systems, including Authorisations, Settlement, Pricing and Fees, ensuring documentation aligns with processes.

You will work with cross-functional stakeholders, manage dependencies, and mentor staff to build a culture of accountability while onboarding new clients and network products.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and document processes.
• Analytical problem solving and critical thinking applicable to payments/settlements.
• Effective written and verbal communication across management levels.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams to share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Interact with stakeholders to create documented system flows aligned with team processes.
• Update and leverage team knowledge with new insights and learnings.
• Provide ongoing support in operational areas and assist with issue resolution.
• Manage dependencies across department functions and partner with multiple teams.
• Become SME for Core applications in International Settlement Support.
• Coach and mentor team members on system knowledge and boarding of new clients.
• Manage configuration on core applications for onboarding new clients and new network products.
• Foster accountability and ownership by encouraging curiosity and applying learnings.
