Job summary

Capital One UK is seeking a Senior Manager, Account Executive Operations in Farnborough. You will lead the international systems configuration for Capital One’s Global Payment Network, owning risk and control frameworks and directing a team to deliver exceptional partner support.

You’ll drive continuous improvement, manage workloads, and translate technical issues for stakeholders while advancing KPIs and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid London/Farnborough setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing teams.
• Experience in financial services or payments, especially settlement.
• Ability to develop procedures, assess risks and deploy controls.
• Strong executive presence and clear communication.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages daily workflow to provide premier internal and external partner support and manages escalations.
• Provides oversight to continuous improvement of risk management, including audits and controls for settlement processes.
• Manages a team and coaches members to develop their leadership.
• Plans and prepares team schedules and assigns projects, tasks, and assignments.
• Monitors performance to ensure goals and deadlines are met and policies are followed.
