The Senior Manager, Account Executive Operations is responsible for the implementation of configuration for the international systems within Capital One's Global Payment Network. This role also owns the risk and control framework for key operational processes, such as settlement. This individual will manage a team of direct reports and will also be responsible for non-associate labour resources. This position requires an innovative and creative leader who will lead strong subject matter experts and will also act as an advocate across functions for the team's goals. Excellent management and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively deliver information to constituents at all levels, are critical. An individual in this position will also demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset including the ability to streamline manual work within a team. This position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating across the team that will deliver superior results for internal and external partners. Develops and coaches' teams to be able to identify, manage, and elevate risk.
This is a permanent position based in our Farnborough office. We embrace a hybrid approach to work. You'll spend two days a week in the office.
