Capital One UK Farnborough is seeking a Senior Manager, Account Executive Operations to drive configuration for international systems within the Global Payment Network and own the risk framework for key processes like settlement.

You will lead a team, champion continuous improvement, and partner across functions to deliver reliable outcomes for internal and external partners. Hybrid work with two in‑office days per week.

Qualifications

• People leadership experience including direct management.
• Experience in financial services or payments, especially settlement and system config.
• Experience designing procedures and deploying risk controls.
• Strong executive presence with clear technical communication.
• Ability to define and track KPIs to improve efficiency.
• Collaborative, solution‑oriented mindset across functions.
• Strong organizational skills with short and long‑term goals.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages daily workflow to provide premier internal and external partner support and handles escalations.
• Oversight of continuous improvement of risk management, including audits for settlement processes.
• Manages a team and develops the staff through leadership.
• Plans and prepares team schedules and assigns projects and tasks.
• Monitors performance to meet goals and ensure policy compliance.
