Job summary

Adecco in Willenhall is seeking an Internal Sales Administrator to support the sales team and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle enquiries, prepare quotations, maintain CRM records, and assist with sales administration while liaising with internal departments. Full training on in-house systems is provided, with a friendly team and clear career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with CRM and order processing systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload.
• Full training on in-house systems will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely, professional support.
• Prepare and follow up quotations, product information, samples and sales correspondence.
• Support the external sales team with customer requirements and business development activities.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services to existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering outstanding service at every stage.
• Update and maintain CRM records to ensure customer information remains accurate.
• Process sales information accurately and efficiently across internal systems.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth flow of information and order progression.
• Support the resolution of customer queries, returns, credits, and product issues.
• Assist with opening new customer accounts and maintaining account records.
• Work closely with the finance team on payment related queries.
• Provide market and customer feedback to management.
• Contribute to forecasting, reporting, and general sales administration activities.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and commercial skills.
