Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales opportunities and maximise revenue.
• Process orders for your geographical area and manage customer expectations.
• Keep customers informed throughout the order process.
• Collaborate with External Sales Manager to grow sales and liaise with the production team.
• Manage customer accounts and handle complaints and queries.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and meet set targets.
