Fabric Recruitment Ltd in Leicester is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will identify new business opportunities and nurture productive relationships with existing clients to drive revenue.

In this role you will follow up on enquiries, promote campaigns and benefits, and work closely with external sales teams. You will keep accurate records, monitor activity, and report on outcomes to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of outbound/inbound sales and business development.
• The ability to identify new client opportunities.
• A consultative approach to sales and relationship building.
• Able to build strong relationships at all levels.
• The ability to identify new ways of working and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Following up on new client enquiries and supporting them through the on-boarding process.
• Promoting sales campaigns and client benefits.
• Working closely with external sales teams and sharing potential new opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate records of activity, follow up actions and new opportunities.
• Monitoring client activity and outcomes and producing reports.
• Understanding client needs and identifying additional opportunities.
