Job summary

WR Engineering is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to join its UK team in a desk-based role in Surrey. You will manage customer enquiries, identify sales opportunities, prepare quotations and help develop new business via outbound calls, emails and follow-ups.

The role also involves supporting external Account Managers with forecasting, CRM upkeep and maintaining accurate customer information to drive revenue growth. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in an inside sales or similar role.
• Strong customer qualification and lead generation experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organized and target-driven.

Inside Sales Account Manager

Location: Surrey

Working Pattern: Office-based

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

A leading provider of advanced machine vision technology is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to join its close-knit UK team.

You will manage customer enquiries, identify sales opportunities, prepare quotations and develop new business through outbound calls, emails and lead follow-ups. You will also manage transactional customer accounts and support external Account Managers with forecasting, CRM updates and maintaining accurate customer information.
