Job summary

WR Engineering is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to join its UK team in a desk-based role in Surrey. You will manage customer enquiries, identify sales opportunities, prepare quotations and help develop new business via outbound calls, emails and follow-ups.

The role also involves supporting external Account Managers with forecasting, CRM upkeep and maintaining accurate customer information to drive revenue growth. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in an inside sales or similar role.
• Strong customer qualification and lead generation experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organized and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Qualify customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals and product information.
• Generate new business through prospecting and lead follow-ups.
• Manage and develop existing transactional accounts.
• Support monthly sales forecasting and opportunity management.
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect records within the CRM.
