WR Engineering in Surrey is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to manage customer enquiries and drive sales opportunities within the UK team. You will also prepare quotations and develop new business through various communication methods.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills. This position offers a competitive salary, 25 days holiday, and a generous pension contribution

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in an inside sales or similar role.
• Strong customer qualification and lead generation experience.
• Knowledge of machine vision, automation or technical products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Qualify customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals and product information.
• Generate new business through prospecting and lead follow-ups.
• Manage and develop existing transactional accounts.
• Support monthly sales forecasting and opportunity management.
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect records within the CRM.
