Job summary

STEMMER IMAGING Ltd. in Tongham, Surrey, UK, is seeking an Account Manager Inside Sales for the UK to drive new business and maintain customer accounts.

You will communicate with customers, prepare quotations, manage CRM records, and support monthly opportunities and forecasts. A minimum of 3 years in inside sales and knowledge of machine vision is preferred. This is an office-based, full-time role with strong training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Inside Sales role.
• Proven experience in qualification of customers and lead generation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of machine vision is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and pricing proposals.
• Keep up to date with product information and competitors.
• Generate new business through outbound emails and calls.
• Manage transactional customer accounts and CRM records.
• Support Account Managers with monthly opportunities and sales forecasting.
