Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Internal Sales Executive for its commercial interiors division in New Milton, Hampshire. You will follow up quotations, engage contractors and distributors, and build long-term customer relationships over the phone to convert enquiries into orders.

The role offers a salary of £28k–£30k plus a performance-related bonus, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, and full product training within a supportive team environment across the UK market.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, telesales, or account management.
• Confident and professional on the telephone.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up quotations issued by the Sales Estimating team.
• Contact contractors, distributors and commercial customers to discuss live enquiries.
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities to win additional business.
• Re-engage previous customers and dormant accounts.
• Understand customer requirements, project timescales and purchasing decisions.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate quotation records and sales activity using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
• Work closely with estimating and sales teams to maximise quotation conversion.
• Assist with general business development activities.
• Achieve agreed sales and activity targets.
