Job summary

South West Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Internal Sales Executive in New Milton, Hampshire. The role focuses on following up quotations, nurturing customer relationships and converting enquiries into orders.

You will work with the Sales Estimating team to discuss live quotations and maximise sales opportunities. The ideal candidate has internal sales or telesales experience, strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales or sales support roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up quotations from the Sales Estimating team.
• Contact contractors, distributors and customers to discuss live enquiries.
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities to win more business.
• Re-engage previous customers and dormant accounts.
• Understand customer requirements and purchasing decisions.
• Maintain accurate quotation records and sales activity.
• Collaborate with estimating and sales teams to maximise conversions.
• Support general business development activities.
• Aim to achieve sales and activity targets.
