Job summary

Hewett Recruitment in Droitwich is recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to nurture warm leads and drive revenue from telephone-based conversations. Based Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, you will support the sales process from enquiry to completion and help retain customers.

The role rewards targets with a basic salary of £23,751 plus bonus with on-target earnings up to £38,000, and a supportive team environment where CRM systems, quotations, and accurate records are essential.

Responsibilities

• Following up on customer enquiries and quotations to maximise sales opportunities
• Proactively contacting prospective customers generated through internal business systems
• Converting enquiries into sales through effective communication and relationship building
• Retaining customer orders by understanding concerns and successfully overcoming objections
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
• Producing quotations and sales information in a timely and accurate manner
• Managing inbound telephone enquiries and customer requests
• Working closely with colleagues across sales and customer service teams
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems
• Providing feedback on lost sales opportunities to support business improvement

We're recruiting for an ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join a successful and established business in Droitwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys speaking with customers, identifying opportunities, overcoming objections and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

In this role, you'll work with warm leads and existing customer enquiries, follow up on quotations, support the sales process from enquiry to completion, and play a key role in retaining customers who may be considering cancelling their orders.
