Job summary

Adecco in Kingswinford is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join our office-based team on a permanent, Monday to Friday basis (8.30am–5pm). The role focuses on customer service, quotations, order updates and building strong customer relationships across the sales cycle.

We value a positive, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills, with the motivation to learn and develop within a career in sales. No prior sales experience required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Support customers with product information and order updates.
• Proactively identify opportunities to generate additional sales.
• Work closely with external sales colleagues to maximise opportunities.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain customer records and activity within the CRM system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and people-focused individual to join our Internal Sales team.

This role would suit someone currently working in customer service, retail, hospitality, account management or an office-based customer support role who enjoys speaking with people and is looking to build a successful career in sales.

For us, attitude, personality and willingness to learn are more important than previous sales experience. We can teach our products and processes, but we're looking for someone who is naturally positive, proactive and enjoys helping customers.

Key Responsibilities
