• CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date sales pipeline and client records.
• Customer Retention & Account Management: Regular check-ins and account reviews to grow relationships.
• Internal Liaison: Work with Sales, Engineering and Accounts for seamless service delivery.
• Account Development: Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
