The ideal candidate will have experience in internal sales or customer-facing roles, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to growing both existing accounts and new business.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in steel industry is a plus but not essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive in identifying new business and growing accounts.

Responsabilités

• Manage incoming calls and sales enquiries with professional customer support.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to grow accounts.
• Develop new business by targeting prospects and re-engaging dormant accounts.
• Provide product and pricing advice and negotiate terms.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports for reviews.
• Monitor competitor activity and market opportunities.
