Job summary

GRS Group in Houghton Regis is seeking a proactive Order Processing Analyst to join our energetic team. You will generate sales leads, handle retail customer service, and process orders manually and electronically, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.

You will liaise with plant managers and sales teams to maximise plant capacity and hit budgets while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance with HR and Health & Safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Good at building relationships, a team player, competitive, self-motivated, tenacious, positive and creative.
• Previous order processing experience (Desirable).
• GCSE preferable.

Responsibilities

• Generating Sales Leads.
• Retail Customer Service.
• Processing orders - manually and electronically.
• Taking orders via phone, email and EDI.
• Liaising with plant managers to ensure the smooth running of deliveries.
• Liaise with internal sales and external sales.
• Establish a good working relationship with customers.
• Take customer calls, queries and complaints.
• Always deliver excellent customer service.
• Move orders between plants in a geographical and economical manner.
• Maximize daily plant capacities and hit budgets.
• Administrative tasks i.e. filing, answering phones, answering emails, checking orders.
• Discharge HR and Health & Safety duties to promote a safe, equitable workplace.
